Psalm of the Day: Psalm 7:17

I will give thanks to the Lord because of his righteousness;
I will sing the praises of the name of the Lord Most High. (Psalm 7:17 NIV)

We are not made righteous because of what we have done or try to do. It is because of God's righteousness and what He has done that we are made righteous. For this reason we should praise His name.
